Claudio Matrajt
C-level mentor, Consultant, HR Director at Junto Seguros and Founder of Being1Group, he has extensive corporate experience in organizational and business development in different countries. Claudio graduated from the University of Michigan with Dave Ulrich and soon after started a relationship with The RBL Group that in 2020 became a partnership, allowing the content and solutions of The RBL Group to be brought to Brazil.
Focused on people and relationships, he has a special dedication to building trust and is an expert in using different methodologies to transform workplaces into collaborative, friendly and well-being environments with high impact on results. In his eyes, there is a why in everything and his why is that he believes in the development of people and relationships and likes to see organizations changing for the better.
Verginia Duran
Consultant with solid experience in the areas of Technology and Human Resources, working for more than 20 years in national and multinational companies and in different countries (Brazil, USA, Mexico and Portugal). She is a master with a focus on: Leadership for Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Business Innovation Diagnosis and Future Analysis (Foresight).
Co-founder of Being1Group and Startup consultant in charge of creating a Human Resources department focused on contributing to the success of companies through people. She is a professor of leadership and team development for high performance.
She holds certifications such as Behavioral Analyst, HR Agile, Ontological Coaching and Professional Project Management (PMI-USA).
